2 Fat Indians Rockingham

Fathers Day booking for three. Restaurant was fairly busy when we arrived but were seated quickly. As the afternoon went on, more customers arrived. Nonetheless, the service was attentive and helpful. The food arrived quickly and in good serving sizes. The lamb vindaloo was just excellent... it has some spice heat at the right level. Full flavoured in many ways. Other dishes were chicken korma and palak paneer... both very tasty. Service was very good and pleasantly paced.

Me and my wife got the mixed banquet. Great value for money and the food was delicious. Our favourite was the butter chicken (best we've had) and the second being the lamb rogan josh. There was plenty left to take home to eat the following day and the staff were friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend giving them a try and we will definitely be back.

Just had the goat biryani and it was amazing. The aroma, taste, and spice level were spot on. Rice was perfectly cooked and the meat was tender and flavorful. Great quality and authentic taste. Definitely coming back again.

Saw 2FI everywhere but tried for the first time today. The curries tasted really good actually, came in a decent portion too. The decoration was nice there as well. Great service as well. Highly recommend the chips!! Two things led one star off: 1. Steam rice over-priced, one bowl of steam rice costs $6.5 I can go to the shop, spend $6.5 to buy a bag of uncooked rice, and cook rices for a long while. 2. Bathroom really not that clean and the one I went in had a broken lock as well :/

Fantastic Indian food with authentic flavours and perfect spice levels. Everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and beautifully cooked. Great service, generous portions, and excellent value. Perfect spot for the Christmas party. Great vibe and lots of space. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Visited with friends for a 75th birthday. Six adults and between us we all enjoyed the meal. We had Onion Bhajis and mixed starter platters. Verdict was very nice indeed. Mains, Lamb Balti x 2 and a Chicken Bhuna. Verdict was very acceptable, lamb was perfectly cooked but the bhuna and the Balti sauces tasted very very similar. 2 x Jeera Rice, 2 x steamed rice - great 4 naan breads - great Nice that you can now buy alcoholic beverages. We visited a few times previously where the curries were exceptionally salty. Glad to say this isn't the case now. Service was exceptionally slow. The restaurant was not very busy at all for a Saturday evening. Previous visits the restaurant was very busy? Prices were reasonable. Yes I'd visit again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ordered Uber Eats takeaway from 2 Fat Indians recently – wow, the chicken kolya was absolutely amazing! So flavourful and cooked perfectly. I was super happy with my meal. If I could suggest one thing, a few more chicken pieces would make it even better value for money – but honestly, it was still worth it. What really impressed me was how well everything was packed – not a single drop spilled in the bag. And the personal touch: I requested mild (even though the recipe couldn’t be adjusted) and they still left me a thoughtful note to let me know. That kind of care really stands out. This is 100% my go-to Indian restaurant from now on. Thanks team!
